Scott focuses his practice on construction law, surety representation, and employment law. He earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law, where he was a recipient of a Regents Scholarship, editor for the Texas Tech Law Review, and a judicial intern for multiple Texas courts. He also spent a semester gaining practical experience in the efficient resolution of disputes as a full-time extern with the legal department of 7-Eleven, Inc., during which he assisted in franchise litigation issues, labor and employment disputes, government relations, and real estate transactions.
