Harjeen Zibari

Harjeen Zibari is an associate at Weinstein Radcliff Pipkin, LLP. Harjeen is a zealous advocate for clients in a wide variety of practices, including construction, surety, and employment law. She has trial experience in federal and Texas state courts, as well as in arbitration. Harjeen began her legal career focusing on criminal legal reform in Texas and worked on several legislative efforts throughout the state. Just before joining Weinstein Radcliff Pipkin, Harjeen worked as a trial attorney at a boutique employment law firm in Dallas, Texas. Harjeen has previously served as the Vice Chair of the State Bar Legal Services to the Poor Committee and was selected to the 2026 Rising Stars List by Super Lawyers.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

Employment Law:

Represent employees and employers in claims involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and Section 1983.
Defend claims involving non-compete and non-solicitation agreements.
Prepare employment and severance agreements.

Commercial Litigation:

Prosecute and defend breach of contract cases
Prosecute and defend breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and tortious interference cases.

Surety Law:

Represent a national bonding company in a multi-million dollar case involving construction defects and coverage disputes
